Refund Policy

We will replace any item if it has been delivered with defects or if we have incorrectly sent you the wrong design, wrong colour or a different size to what you have ordered. 
Please send a photo of the item to misssnowitall@snowsbest.com, and let us know what the issue is. We will send out a replacement at no charge. 
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind, or if the item does not fit, as we use a print on demand service.
